Child’s Origami Birthday
It is common to invite a face painter to your child’s a birthday party. Another option is to invite an origami artist. To make your child’s birthday memorable, I will fold their favorite animal ahead of time and gift it during the party. Also, I will teach your child and her friends how to fold simpler but charming models. Some children prefer to simply watch as I fold or just receive pre-folded models. I am flexible to accommodate these preferences. If time permits, I will show origami magic tricks or let the kids have a jumping origami frog race. Please note that I am available only on Sundays.
Adult Origami Birthday
Adults enjoy origami gifts too! Common gifts for adult origami favorite animals or objects, paper flowers, and origami paintings. Modular stars and kusudamas are great for adult birthdays, because they allow the participants to fold a subunit, which come together to make a work of art, that is gifted to the birthday adult. In addition, paper folding activities can help some adults to satisfy the inner child. Some adults have never folded before and are curious to learn. Others may have tried and not succeeded. I can help these both of these groups.
